First time buy, never more. The PC came on time but could not be turned on. After extensive testing and remote support (reseating components, cleaning, resetting battery, all video documented) from the company they told me they will send a new product. After few days they reversed and first want me to send the product back to them. I already spent 40 euros to buy a new memory to test their faulty product. i am not going to spend another 40-50 for a post package to hongkong. This is unacceptable.
